So what does this tattoo mean? I had it done in Chinatown in Singapore in 2001. I know what I asked for, but I'd like to hear what a chinese speaker interprets it to mean. My polite colleagues at the National University of Singapore used to ask me why I chose THAT symbol!

It means "Truth".
Thanks Diva. That is what I asked for. Is it 'truth'in any particular context ie 'fact', 'real', opposite of lie'?
